My Experiences with Ryan O’Connor:
When I first considered buying a house I went to a couple banks and was very confused with the immense amount of useless information they give you.
After my third bank I was starting to get fed up when my friend suggested going to see a mortgage broker named Ryan O’Connor.
I contacted Ryan explaining my situation and he made an appointment almost immediately.
He asked a few questions and got me to fill out some papers and before I knew it I had multiple offers from banks for my first mortgage.
It was almost to easy. Ryan dealt with every issue in timely fashion. Didn’t matter if it was 7 in the morning or 10 at night Ryan was on the ball making sure every detail was worked out.
After two years I decided with the increasing property value and the lack of dedication from my current bank I was going to see if Ryan could find me a new bank to remortgage with.
Immediately he had all my paper work done and requests sent to multiple banks.
Within days I found a new bank and I couldn’t be happier.
Ryan is very professional and is always up to the task. I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else and I would refer him a million times over to anyone.

Ryan was friendly and displayed never-ending patience with all of our concerns. We are self employed and have found that traditional bank methods are tricky for us, so a mortgage broker was the way to go. We are beyond satisfied with our experience with Ryan O’Connor and NDLC. This was my first experience with buying a home and Ryan was there to help us each step of the way! I never would have thought to work with a mortgage broker, but when our real estate agent recommended Ryan and NDLC we figured why not take a chance and at least investigate this option – I would not do it any other way from now on. Our bank did not really take the time to understand our needs and was very difficult to communicate with.
